Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are always applied at checkout, unless there is a special promotion offering free shipping. Prices are based on Printify's shipping rates and may vary depending on the destination.

Estimated Delivery Times

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location:

• Domestic (US): 2–5 business days
• International: 10–30 business days

All orders come with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking details.

Customs, Duties & Delays

International shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures and import duties or taxes once the package reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Please understand that unexpected delays may occur due to customs processing or logistical issues beyond our control. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding in such cases.

Late or Missing Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 business days from the shipping date, please contact us. We will help by following up with Printify, who will then contact the shipping carrier directly. We will do our best to assist you throughout the process.

Refund Process

Once your request is verified and all documentation is received:

1. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Print Placement & Quality Tolerance

A minor variation of up to 0.5" (1.27 cm) in print placement is within acceptable production standards and does not qualify as a defect.
