When Are Refunds or Replacements Available?

We only offer free refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged during shipping.
  • There is a manufacturing defect.
  • You receive the wrong size or incorrect artwork.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Customer errors in selecting the wrong size or artwork.
  • Change of mind after placing the order.

 

How to Request a Refund or Replacement.

To submit a request:

1. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

2. Include clear documentation of the issue (photos or videos).

Refund Process

Once your request is verified and all documentation is received:

  1. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  2. This process may take up to 15 business days after verification.

Note: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Print Placement & Quality Tolerance

A minor variation of up to 0.5" (1.27 cm) in print placement is within acceptable production standards and does not qualify as a defect.
